Privacy Policy

Track Wars is built to be played without an account. This page explains the small amount of data the game does handle, why, and how to remove it. Last updated: 10 August 2026.

Playing the game

Claiming a racer name (optional)

You can optionally reserve your racer name with an email address. If you do:

If you never claim a name, we never ask for – or store – any contact information about you.

Website analytics

The trackwars.io website uses Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (visits, pages, rough geography). Google may set cookies for this. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.

Our iOS and Android apps contain no analytics or tracking SDKs at all – the analytics snippet is stripped from app builds. The only network traffic from the apps is the gameplay itself (game server connection, billboard images, music).

In-game billboards

The trackside billboards are sold directly by us and served from our own server. There is no third-party ad network in the game: no ad-tech cookies, no behavioural targeting, no bidding. We count aggregate impressions and clicks per campaign; those counts aren't linked to individual players.

Advertisers

If you buy billboard space via the advertise page, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which handles your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We store your campaign details (creative, placement, contact email for managing the campaign).

Children

Track Wars is a general-audience game. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children – playing requires no personal information at all, and name claims are optional and email-only.

Changes & contact
